Senior Pastor and Elder
Steve has been on staff at our church for the past 32 years. As Senior Pastor and Elder his responsibilities are to lead and equip SRCC toward the purposes Jesus has for His Church. To stand in point position with the Eldership, yet remain submissive to the overall counsel of Elders. Steve says, "SRCC is a local fellowship that has been laid into the foundation of God's Church in Santa Rosa. Established in 1854, nurtured and serving for over 150 years, today we continue to pursue His heart and purposes for this community." Steve and Maggie have been married for over 30 years and are blessed with five children.

Executive Pastor and Elder
Glen has been a member of SRCC for 40 years. His responsibilities include oversight of the staff, church facility, insurance issues, and small groups in addition to assisting Steve in any way needed. Glen's vision for SRCC is: "Each of us would find and be fully operating in God's calling on our lives." He believes that relationships are the heart and soul of our spiritual family: "Whether through various small groups, service or ministry opportunities, or just simply hanging out together, our opportunities for relationships to grow and mature at SRCC are abundant." Glen and his wife, Dawna, have been married for 32 years. After raising 3 children and making family their priority, they became more involved in ministry. Glen joined SRCC as part-time staff in 2008. He is "blessed to be able to serve God and SRCC in an expanded way in this season of his life."

Elder
Harry has been a member of our church for 27 years and has been deeply involved in ministry at SRCC for 18 years. He serves as an Elder to lead the church under the direction of the Lord and steward its people and plans to His glory. Harry is an intercessor, to stand in prayer for our city and church, and lead the body to seek His presence. His vision is to see our city transformed and His Kingdom come.

Associate Pastor and Elder
Ken has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 60 years and has served on staff for 33 years. He currently assists in administration and with his wife, Connie, he connects the people God sends to SRCC into the church family. As an elder, he gives scriptural oversight to the church with the eldership team, cares for the people, hears God's direction, and implements His plans so that the church represents Jesus with the gifts He provides us in our people. He feels that the Lord's mission for SRCC is "to see God's plan for people emerge; to see their unique giftings and abilities put into action." He describes SRCC's character, history, and reslationships as "Our church family's wide age range of active participants working together; a history of looking forward and acting on God's leading. Connecting with new people; having committed friendships over decades.

Elder
Don has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 25 years. In addition to serving as an Elder, his current duties also include the Financial Council and serving on the board of The Bridge. Don's goals and vision are for helping families, raising children, stewardship, and relationships — for healthy families achieving God's purposes for His kingdom. Don describes the Lord's work and presence in "the history and heritage that exists at SRCC as well as the consistent and faithful leadership. Those that have gone before have made who we are possible." In describing our church's character, history, and relationships, he says, "Families and family heritage is by far the most prominent aspect to the character and flavor of who we are at SRCC. I appreciate the relationships we have established with many, many families and friends." Don and Debbie have been married for more than 30 years and have been generously blessed by God with 5 amazing children and a growing population of equally amazing grandchildren.
