Youth Choir & Stage Ministry
John has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 34 years and has been on staff for 9 years. He is responsible for leading and directing the "Joy of His Way" Youth Choir and all that it entails. He oversees and coordinates all stage and sound activities including scheduling all sound operators for weekly rehearsals and services as well as special events.
Jean-Marie Jobs
Associate Pastor
Jean-Marie has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 19 years and has served on staff for 13 years. Her current duties include working with Steve on leadership development, preaching topics, pre-marital counseling, and youth choir. She describes the Lord's work and mission at our church, "We are a 'sending' church, a lot of ministries and other churches are birthed from our midst, we equip people and encourage individuals to live out their unique call, we are a house of worship and of prayer." She describes SRCC's personality, character, and relationships as "The multi-generational dynamic of our Body, the genuine hospitality people display, and the passion for relationship. The care of one another, the willingness to be honest, persevere, stay in relationship, listen, be open, and practice repentance and forgiveness.

Youth Pastor & Media Ministry
Forrest has been a member of SRCC for 8 years. He leads the Jr. High, High School, and College age youth in Sunday class, bible study, and prayer. His Media Ministry responsibilities include working on the church website, doing original art for church decor, bulletin covers, and creating original media content like slideshows and movies. Forrest likes that SRCC is a pioneering church in the city that purposes to move beyond the four walls of the sanctuary as missionaries in the culture and that this is a generational church of families still in the pews from decades past. He appreciates the diversity in people and talents that is welcomed at at our church.
Eden Walker
Worship Leader
Eden has been a member of our church for 27 years. As the Worship Leader she serves by leading the worship team in weekly practices and specials. She believes in calling and leading people into a life of worshiping God that extends beyond Sunday into everyday. Eden feels SRCC is a family church with a vision to change with the times but not change the fundamentals of who God is or who He is to us.

Creative Arts/Media Ministry
Wes has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 21 years and has been a part of the staff for 15 years. He serves our church by setting up media for services, run programs for service, edits recordings, uploads sermons to the website, maintains the bulletin cover and directory data, manages special media presentations, takes videos and photos of events, and handles the production/direction for special events and service presentations.
Loreen Bishop
Financial Secretary
Loreen has also been a member of the church for 21 and has served on staff for 12 years. As Financial Secretary she manages contributions, bill-paying, payroll, accounting, reports, recordkeeping, and membership.

Administrative Assistant
Cindy's responsibilities include reception, scheduling facility use and key distribution, creating and producing weekly bulletins, and materials for Sundays.

Site Service and Hospitality
Ed is responsible for the janitorial and maintenance needs of the church. Kathy's duties include taking care of janitorial needs and special events. She also coordinates potlucks, newcomer's lunch, and weddings.

Women's Ministry
Dawna has been a member of Santa Rosa Christian Church for 34 years and has been on staff for 4 years. She oversees women’s ministries, working with the women’s council in reaching out to multiple generations of women in SRCC and beyond. Dawna loves working with both the raw fresh passion of the young people in our midst as well as the tempered wisdom brought by our older saints. Dawna also administrates Covenant Christian Academy, SRCC’s homeschool program. A branch of CCA that Dawna also leads is Touché, a speech and debate team which competes nationally.

Extensions Ministries
As the minister of Extension Ministries at SRCC, my role has been to coordinate missions outreach and financial sowing for SRCC. I am also the president of the John and Dorothy Johnson Missionary Foundation (JMF) and often times when SRCC cannot fund a certain mission, JMF can and so in many ways, I represent SRCC to various ministries around the globe. For example, I am on the board of directors for the following ministries:
1. Hogar De Ninos Children’s Home, Juarez, Mexico.
2. Toledo Bible Training Center (Toledo Christian Academy), Belize, CA.
3. Abandoned Children’s Fund, Santa Rosa, Calif.
4. Voz Que Clama, Tuis, Costa Rica.
5. FUCAD (Costa Rican Foundation for Relief & Development) Alajuela, Costa Rica.
6. Hilfe Welt Weit, (Help World Wide) Germany.
7. Ilvarco International Ministries, Florence, Italy.
8. Association of Christian Character Development, Irvine, Calif.
9. Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Service in Sonoma County, past Executive Director.
10. Past board member of GAP International Youth Ministries.
